Request to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Social Wand. This page allows you to submit a data deletion request.

What data will be deleted?

Your account information (email, display name)
Purchase records and subscription information
Usage history and saved preferences
Any stored conversation data or saved suggestions

Note: Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., purchase records for tax/accounting purposes).

Important: Deleting your data will permanently remove your account and all associated information. This action cannot be undone. You will lose access to:

Your subscription and credits
Your usage history
All saved preferences and settings

We have received your data deletion request. We will process it within 30 days and send a confirmation email to the address you provided.

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Happens After Deletion?

Your account will be permanently deleted
All personal data associated with your account will be removed
You will no longer be able to access the app with your account
Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Data We May Retain

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain information:

Legal Requirements: Data required by law or for legal proceedings
Purchase Records: Transaction records may be retained for accounting and tax purposes (as required by app store policies)
Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you
